This villa, located in Les Arcs, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 15 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 including a double bed and a bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. A separate toilet is available.
The villa features a desk, a washing machine, a fan, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and air conditioning.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
