Best to look at another rental in the area

Property was not advertised. Cut my foot on stepping out on balcony. Within the 1st hour.. Broken glass several areas balcony was not clean nor sweep at all. Dead plant Pots should have been discarded. Main room Carpet very dirty with ants all over it. TV only work 1st 4 days of 12 days of stay. Washer and dryer cycle did not work on dryer. Nor would dryer work alone. To drums cloths. Lock on slider door does Not really lock for security just pull On door and it will open.

Studio correct

pour un séjour de convalescence à Villefranche Sur Mer. Studio bien situé, terrasse pas très ensoleillée la dernière semaine d'avril. Un seul déjeuner dehors. Dans le studio manquent deux chaises (pliantes seraient bien pour ne pas perdre de place). En effet, il y a une jolie table mais pas de chaise. Un HIC : le studio est rempli de fourmis... Dans l'ensemble agréable séjour.

Très joli appartement, agréable, fonctionnel.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce très joli appartement, propre, clair, avec une vue magnifique sur la rade de Villefranche. Le seul point négatif est le bruit. En effet, impossible de dormir la nuit sans la fenêtre fermée (heureusement il y a la climatisation) et profiter de la terrasse pour discuter en journée est quasiment impossible. Ce sont des bruits de motos et voitures quelle que soit l’heure!!! Un point à souligner pour les futurs locataires!
