Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 25 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.

During winter, additional fees for central heating can be asked from september until the end of april.
