Charming Gîte/Guinguette, by the River

This old inn welcomes you for a 100% bucolic stay, less than an hour from Paris.
Recently transformed into a “gîte/tiers-lieu/guinguette”, this hybrid place of 160m2 offers you a refuge “Ô bout du monde”.

On the banks of the Grand Morin River, enjoy a bucolic setting, nestled in the heart of the valley, with vegetation, fields and river view. Located next to an historic bridge closed to traffic, calm is inevitably present. Whether for a stay with family or friends, a private reception and/or a professional event, the setting adapts to all desires.
When you book, the places are automatically privatized, so that you are the only ones to enjoy the all place.

The lodge

Outsides: gardens, trees, the river… in short, Green! To make the most of it, removable pergolas, a brazier and light garlands are available, for a real guinguette atmosphere! As a bonus, a huge shaded terrace with bar and fridges promises you memorable moments of conviviality!

Inside, a semi-professional kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and a large living room (former restaurant room) with billiards and babyfoot...
Upstairs, you can accommodate 10 people in the 4 bedrooms and the “salon détente” (2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and “salon” with double convertible sofa).

The cottage also offers a bathroom with 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets, and everything you need for washing, ironing... all you need to feel like at home! All in a vintage atmosphere which has retained all its charm.

The localisation

The gîte is ideally located: 1 hour by car from Paris via the A4 (and only 45 minutes by direct train from Paris-Est) 20 minutes from Disney, Val d’Europe and Village Nature, and just minutes from local attractions 👇

Activities

You can visit Guérard, labeled “village of character” and discover its vineyard in full renaissance… or even Crécy-la-Chapelle rightly nicknamed “the Venice of Brie”, town of water and culture with its art galleries… Big up to the epicureans : the region is full of producers to visit (micro-brewery 5 minutes walk)!

The more sporty will opt for a green fee at the Crécy golf course, or a bike ride in the hillsides, but you can also discover the area from the river, by opting for a canoe getaway (possibility of boarding directly from the gîte : Consult us).
