Bring or rent your bikes to explore and find out if you can discover all the hidden treasures Edisto has to offer. Take advantage of dining al-fresco or simply cooling off after a long day in the sun on the ground-level patio or the expansive covered deck. The screened porch offers a front-row seat on the lagoon to relax with your favorite book or cold beverage as you take in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, and turtles.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then look no further. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, fitness center, playground, and Putt-Putt, all for an additional fee. Please see Wyndham Activities Center for prices and passes for these amenities as well as restrictions with motorcycles, boats, trailers, and golf carts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at the Wyndham Cafe, but there is no guarantee due to limited passes per day. These amenities include access to three pools, tennis courts, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground and beach cabana.
This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
