2 Stunden vor Ankunft vom Gastgeber storniert

Wir konnten das Haus leider nicht beziehen, da der Gastgeber das Haus 2 Stunden vor Check In storniert hat, mit der Begründung er wäre ausgebucht und hätte keine Wohnung zur Verfügung, sowie dass er die Agentur FEWO nicht kennen würde.
