This apartment is a real cocoon, nestled on the heights of Croix-Rousse, in the heart of the trendiest district of Lyon. The apartment The Croix-Rousse metro station is located less than 200m away, as is the Gros Cailloux parking. The apartment is a duplex, completely refurbished, but proudly displaying its stone walls and wooden beams, testifying of its historic character. The decoration is neat, modern but warm, and all the equipment is new.

The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks a quiet, non-busy interior courtyard. It is composed of an entrance, a nice living room witha sofa, armchairs, coffee table. A dining area can seat 4 people comfortably around the table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc.)
A TV area is fitted out and a very high speed WiFi connection is available throughout the apartment.
The bedroom has a new double bed and practical storage / wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washer / dryer and WC.
A third room, converted into an office, completes the set. Ideal or for a reading break!

Your comfort during the stay being our priority, we want the apartment to be perfectly prepared to welcome you in the best possible way. You have at your disposal sheets, towels, soap, some coffee capsules and tea.

The 1st arrondissement, around the Place des Terreaux, bars and pubs make it one of the liveliest areas of the city. There is also the Lyon City Hall, the Opera, the Saint Nizier Church. Center Lyon, the 1st is the ideal location to visit the city. The "Terreaux" district is considered by the Lyonnais as a lively "village" and one of the most picturesque of Lyon.

On the peninsula, surrounded by the Rhône and Saône, this district is bustling day and night; you will find there many bars and restaurants, public places and gardens. It is the district of artists and musicians due to its many museums, theaters and stores of musical instruments.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Croix-Rousse - just 4 mins away on foot. There’s also Croix-Paquet station just 7 mins away.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 35-mins drive from the flat.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
