Welcome to my studio!

Independent Ground-floor level studio unit with a small outdoor area located half an hour by foot from the city centre. This modest studio has a minimalist aesthetic that makes the space feel light and breezy, especially during the warmer seasons. Everything you'll need is within arm's reach, with a comfortable sofa bed that can easily accommodate two and is lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light meals, with an electric hob, oven and kettle for quick cooking. The bathroom is well-ventilated despite its size and comes with small luxuries like a towel warmer and rack to keep them dry after a long shower. Complimentary toiletries and clean towels will be provided for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Parking is very easy and free on the street.

La Rochelle is a beautiful port town on the Bay of Biscay with plenty to see and do. Highlights include the historic harbour towers, medieval architecture, and a world-class aquarium. Outdoor activities like sailing and cycling and cultural events like the Francofolies music festival are popular. Foodies will love the fresh seafood and local specialities. For shopping, the city centre offers a variety of boutiques and markets selling local goods. Overall, La Rochelle is a must-visit destination for anyone travelling to France.

The best way to get around La Rochelle is on foot, as most of the city's attractions are located within walking distance of each other. Rental services are available for those looking to cover more ground, including bikes, cars, and scooters. Bike rental is top-rated, with the city offering over 170 km of bike paths. Car rental is also an option, with several major car rental companies operating there. Scooters can be rented for short-term use, but availability may be limited. Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are not currently available in La Rochelle, but taxis can be hailed on the street or called from a taxi stand.

La Rochelle Gare is approximately 2.5 kilometres (1.5 miles) and takes around 30 minutes to walk or 10-15 minutes by car.

La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport: is located approximately 6.5 kilometres (4 miles) southeast of La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport. Reaching the airport would take 15-20 minutes by car or taxi.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
