Friendly park and comfortable house

The park had all the amenities that we needed to keep the kids entertained. The house had sufficient supplies with lots of towels. If you stay here you have access to the Venture pool and facilities in the park. You can walk through the tunnel under the main road to the ocean but cannot use the Holiday Out pool or facilities on the ocean side. There is no fishing anywhere in the park except for a small platform at the far north west corner of the park. Everyone at the park was friendly and the host was easy to communicate with.

Unit as described, not the neighborhood

The pictures of the unit are accurate. It was clean and functional. The problem was the pictures of the area in the posting are not visible from the unit. They are standard shots of the public beaches and sunsets, etc. There are no ocean views from the neighborhood. The ad says Beachfront, Oceanfront, Waterfront. These are not true. However, the location is great: close to restaurants and the causeway to Jensen Beach. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if nothing else was available. I will verify the location via a map next time. The owner was very easy to work with. She promptly resolved the few problems we noted while we were there.

One month vacation

GREAT vacation! Very comfortable house, fully stocked, and immaculate! Property Mgr is very responsive and pleasant. Nice people to deal with. The grounds and community are pristine, highly recommend!

Nice home for our week away!

Cathy was helpful and very responsive! We had to reach out to her a couple of times for matters that needed to be addressed immediately and she made sure to take care of it. Nice little house for our stay in a convenient location. Thank you!
