Energetic refurbished 'Holiday Qi' in I. OG in the former Hotel Kaiserhof.

The apartment has been tastefully renovated in the fall of 2014. Feng Shui point of view. They worked with high-quality and natural materials. It is a sunny, bright apartment with balcony in a southern exposure and a good floor plan. From the balcony, view towards Monument / city.

There is welcoming living room has a cozy sofa bed from Ligne Roset, a restored old oak buffet from Dresden and a high-quality stainless steel kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher.

Another comfortable sofa bed (solid wood with mattress, even with back problems or segregated sleeping) in the living hall is available.
In the bathroom almost a walk-in shower (80x80) is integrated.

With swimming pool (7 x 12 m) and sauna (extra charge). Lift, wheelchair accessible, washer & dryer available (surcharge), walker, ideal for 2 people. However, Max. 3 to 4 persons are possible.

Urlaub vom "Feinsten"

Unser 3-wöchiger Urlaub war wirklich gelungen, was an der top eingerichteten Wohnung mit ihrem speziellen Ambiente lag. Dazu kommt die Lage der Wohnung, mit ein paar Schritten ist am an der Strandpromenade, entgegengesetzt im Zentrum von Norderney. Ein zusätzliches Highlight ist das großzügige Schwimm- bad und Sauna und der Fahrstuhl.Wir werden uns jedes Jahr einmietet und es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
