Beautifully decorated, this spacious living and dining room opens out through bay windows onto a large terrace with views over the forest (not overlooked).

The villa has 6 bedrooms: 2 master suites, 3 double bedrooms that can be split into 2 single beds, 1 children's dormitory with 2 bunk beds. There are also 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room. In the bedrooms, all the double beds are 160*200 and the single beds are 90*200.
The bedding is brand new and there are plenty of wardrobes and storage space.
The layout of the bedrooms means that 2 or 3 families can live together without losing their privacy.

Outside the villa, you'll find a heated 8x4 swimming pool that's open from mid-April to the end of September, weather permitting.
We also provide sun loungers, garden furniture and a dining area.
The summer kitchen is equipped with an electric griddle, fridge, microwave, etc.

On the edge of the forest, just a few hundred metres from the Golf d'Arcachon and the roads leading to the various beaches of the Arcachon basin and to all the attractions of the Arcachon basin (Dune du Pyla, La Teste de Buch market, Cercle de Voile, shops, restaurants, etc.) via the cycle paths.
The house is located in a very peaceful residential area with direct access to the forest.

Bordeaux Mérignac airport: 45 minutes by car
Bordeaux TGV station: 1 hour's drive if traffic is normal.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
