Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The house was absolutely filthy! Bed sheets not changed since last guest! Nasty, nasty house!
This was the worst house we have ever stayed in as far as cleanliness. There was dust covering everything, it was even hanging on walls. The bed sheets had NOT been changed from previous guest. There was hair, slobber marks and dirt on the sheets and you could still see the wrinkles from where they slept. The toaster was nasty. The sinks still had toothpaste spots on them. The shower pressure would go down to a dribble and then completely stop while taking a shower. We got there around 10pm and by the time we got unpacked saw just how nasty the place was and called Jennifer with The Carolina stays team and she came an hour later with new sheets and put on the beds. (We brought our own comforters) It was 1am before we could lay down. She apologized and said we would be refunded our cleaning fee. Even though we lost hours of sleep she never offered anything else. She was nice but acted like it was no big deal with the nastiness and that it happens all the time. If it had not been for us getting there so late and needing to get up early for skiing we would never had stayed in that dump! We have pictures but I’m not given an option to load them to this review. Please save your health and money by not staying in this nasty place!
