About this property

The private suite within a house has its own entrance, kitchenette, and full-size bathroom. The unit is furnished with one queen-size bed and one double bed, two dining tables, a dresser with drawers, and a smart Roku TV. The suite is to be accessed from the backdoor of the house. Due to the pandemic, please bring your cookware or rent disinfected a set from us for $20. Please consider bringing earplugs as we had a couple of incidents with noises from occasional loud guests in the front unit.

The Space
It is a non-smoking facility. Guests will be charged $500 for removing the cigarette smell if they smoke in the unit.

We use a digital key box so you can check-in and check out on your own. If you have any needs during your stay, you can go to Unity Lodge at 816 Adams Street about two minutes away, and speak to the manager there in the office or room 12.

It was not prepared for us. There were no towels. The door was not locked and there was no key left for us in the security box. The beds didn't look like the ones showed online.
