Appartement très bien situé, à 5 minutes du Jandri et des écoles de ski mais il est EXTRÊMEMENT mal entretenu. Il est certes vieillot, mais cela lui confère un certain charme , ce qui est à déplorer cénesthésique le manque d’hygiène tant au niveau des sanitaires, que de la literie, du clic clac cassé et crasseux avec des taches et des auréoles … beurk !!! des sols absolument crasseux . Vraiment dommage !!!

Points positifs: le prix, l'emplacement et la taille de l'appartement Points négatifs: propreté pas nickel (alèse sale, placards pas nets, abats jour poussiéreux), pas d'aspirateur, canapé lit du salon défectueux en position canapé mais correct pour dormir
