Between land and sea, you'll find absolute tranquility, perfect for nature lovers! The apartment was renovated this year and is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. In the living room, you'll find a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed. There's also a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a large storage closet.

Outside, you'll find a dining table with a parasol to protect you from the sun and heat.
A sunbathing area is available with two deckchairs and two armchairs. There's also a small wooden table for a delicious early evening aperitif, and an electric griddle is available for grilling. Everything you need to enjoy!

Parking:
The apartment is easily accessible; you can park your vehicles just steps away.

Amenities:
The apartment features a kitchen with a wide range of amenities, including a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a citrus press.

Location:
Very close to the Moulin de Saint Côme, which offers all Provençal specialties: olive oil, honey, tapenade, Marseille soap, calissons, fish soup, lavender, and more. It also offers delicatessen, arts and crafts, soap making, and home decor. Provençal and Mediterranean products."

Bed linens and towels:
Optional upon request (€25 for a double bed set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person).
Blankets are available if needed (ideal in the off-season).

This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
