For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Chevilly-Larue, in a very pleasant environment.
