This charming 28 m² studio apartment in Villarembert, with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 14th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 13 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, an alcove bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. Bed linen included, towels extra.

The accommodation comprises
- A 13 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area (140 cm sofa bed with latex mattress).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An alcove bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Everything has been thought out for your pleasure and comfort, just as the owner would like it to be when she rents out a flat: carefully decorated and recently fitted out. For example, you'll find the following additional equipment: WMF thermos filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, high chair, Bose Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, numerous board games.

Outside:
- A 3 m² balcony equipped with a garden table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather and the view over the valley.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the Corbier resort at Villarembert, from where you can walk straight to the magnificent Les Sybelles ski area, linking La Toussuire, Saint Jean d'Arves, etc. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire - Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, departing from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning, outdoor swimming pool in the resort heated in winter and also open in summer...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park at the bottom of the residence.

- Bus: there is a free bus service throughout the resort in winter and a free tourist train service in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station, 12 km away (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport 175 km away (2h05 by car).
