Positioned directly across from beach access on second row makes it easy to come and go on foot. Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with gently sloping ramps on each end.

Listen to the relaxing ebb and flow of the surf from every balcony and enjoy the full or partial ocean view. Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-2, DVD-1, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, covered balcony, 1 designated covered parking space, on-site pool and grilling area. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

Great location . Property was clean and was as advertised. We would definitely stay again !!

Great location , minutes to walk to beach . Pool was great . The condo was clean and as advertised. Maintenance department for the complex works hard to keep things neat , clean and safe . Quiet area. Very relaxing . Elevators and trash chute was a plus - however laundry area was just okay .
