Just be aware that while somewhat clean it is not the cleanliness of cdc standards and all they proclaim it to be. Cobwebs, floors just swept so made feet dirty, light switches broken. Flooring tore up in laundry room and one bedroom leaving bare concrete. Washer didn’t work, they did send someone out who tried to convince me per the owner that it did work. Btw, my sister in law is Spanish and understood every word of the phone conversation between employee and owner in our presence. :-) “Just tell them it works” hmmm they did finally put a different one in at 6pm, too late, I’d already had to spend time at the laundromat.
No foosball table as stated
Hand towels used as floor mat at front door and back slider. Master bed and back room had dirty sheets.
Ad states every room to have a tv but one room does not. Owner does not always respond on renting platform so you have to text to get a response. I asked a question 3 times prior to check in of which I never got an answer to until day of check in. I did not immediately report the broken washer and dirty sheets as it was after 11pm by the time we realized the sheets were dirty in 2 rooms so I reported it first thing the next morning and was told that was weird I waited until a decent hour to report it. So bottom line, I would never stay here again because of my experience but it wasn’t a bad place had there been a working washer and it been cleaned up to the standards professed. The pictures look better than it does currently
