There is also a full bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
Please note that the kitchen area is quite low, so if you are over 1.70m tall, you may have to bend down a little.
The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning.

You will be in a very safe and quiet area with many elders.
The flat is 20 minutes from the airport.

The flat is within walking distance of the shopping centres, the beach, the laundry and the cinema.
You can take the bus to wherever you want to go from the studio.

## Notes

The rooftop studio offers a splendid panoramic view of the city and the sea.
However, the ceiling height is not very high. If you are over 1.70m tall, there will be places in the studio where you will have to bend down, such as in the kitchen.
A deposit of €250 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.

Le logement ne correspondait pas aux belles photos que j'ai pu voir sur votre site. En fait, ces photos ne sont pas à jour. Je vous ai envoyé un compte rendu. Je n'ai pas logé dans ce gite. Le soir même de mon arrivée, déçu par la vétusté des lieux et du mobilier, mais aussi de la propreté, je suis parti me loger ailleurs.
