The row house is located on a side street. You have a separate entrance, and in front of the house there is a reserved parking space for your car.
From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the Bergisches Land. There is a kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, oven), a bathroom with newly fitted shower, a living room / bedroom with a sofa bed and a double bed in the bedroom. TV and radio in the living room and bedrooms. The bus stop is within a 5-minute walk, so that you can be from Opladen in 15 minutes in Cologne Messe or Hbf. From the apartment Aldi are u. Lidl by car in 5 minutes to reach..
Although we live in a rural area, but the transport links to Dusseldorf, Cologne or Leverkusen are very cheap by car or by local transport.

Very nice

Pictures are correct. As some reviews already say, it is not a state of the art modern appartment. But it is clean, everything works, and everything you could ever need is there. Never seen such a complete kitchen, with every tool you could need. Shower with plenty hot water Beds are good. Two stairs to the living room, bathroom and kitchen, an additional stairs to the bedroom. All stairs are wide and not steep. Don't expect the Hilton, but expect a nice stay.

Ländlich, aber gut angebunden

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt zu fünft in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die meiste Zeit waren wir unterwegs, aber manche Abende haben wir auch entspannt in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, wodurch es viel Natur in der Umgebung gibt, aber gleichzeitig ist sie mit Bus und Bahn gut angebunden an die größeren Städte in der Gegend. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, aber solange man nicht erst mitten in der Nacht zur Wohnung zurückkehren möchte, ist ein Auto nicht notwendig.

Günstige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt in NRW eine günstige Schlafmöglichkeit gesucht und hier gefunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gross und bietet sehr viel Stauraum. Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet und der Essbereich einladend. Wir haben in den bequemen Betten insgesamt alle gut geschlafen. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und spätestens um halb 8 weckt einen der Straßenlärm. Das Inventar ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber zum größten Teil gut erhalten. Bedauerlicherweise roch es im Treppenhaus stark und andauernd nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch was sehr unangenehm war. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung völlig ausreichend und unschlagbar durch den günstigen Preis.
