It was mediocre

The description on vrbo and real room has nothing to do in common... It was an extremely outdated room with tiny bathroom, old curtains I could not open... Terrible quality windows in which wind constantly seeped through no matter how closed it was. All the outside noise from the streets was heard in the room, garbage trucks, fire trucks, police cars and etc. No fridge in the room. The one housekeeping brought was extremely old and very loud. Now the bathroom was on another level. Metal sink, terrible quality shower (too hot or too cold), lack of toiletries. Had to work in the lobby/bar as there was no table in the room. Very slow, outdated elevators. Overall, it was BAD. I would not recommend it, and I will NOT be back. Bad experience.

Great stay!

Staff very friendly & accommodating, nice safe area on upper west side in walking distance to so many tasty places (highly recommend Made in New York Pizza, and gelato at Amorino which are both just a few blocks away on Amsterdam). My family and I enjoyed our week in this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
