The spicy sea air, the splashing of the water and the chatter of the seagulls ensure every season for well-being in our apartment ** AM LINDENPARK ** in the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn.
Enjoy peace and quiet in our apartment ** AM LINDE PARK ** on the 1st floor of a renovated building with only 5 houses in Kühlungsborn East right at Lindenpark in a quiet yet central location, within walking distance of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach, the long beach promenade with cafes, bistros and restaurants. Various shops, but also the city forest, Kühlungsborn East and West interconnects, are in the immediate vicinity.
With the historic train, the narrow gauge railway "Molli" or by boat, you also have the option to go into the neighboring towns. Bike rental stations are plentiful.
The apartment ** AM LINDE PARK ** offers enough space for 2-3 guests.
From light-filled living area you have direct access to the south terrace. Already in the morning at the breakfast table, you can capture on the terrace the sun's first rays.
In addition to the 1.80 m double bed in the bedroom there is the possibility of using the 1.40 m wide sofa bed in the living area.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nahe dem wunderschönen Park und ist hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist sonnig (morgens, mittags und abends). Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch schnelles W-Lan gibt es. Es wäre natürlich nett gewesen, wenn man vorher informiert wird, dass die Rückseite/Balkonseite des Hauses eingerüstet ist und eines Morgens zwei Handwerker am Dach werkeln. (Wir haben ihnen einen Kaffee spendiert und ein nett gequatscht). Einen Tag vor Abfahrt ist das ganze Gerüst dann aber wieder abgebaut worden. Die Sitzkissen für die Balkonmöbel (haben wir nicht genutzt) könnten mal gewaschen werden, aber dafür, dass sich Gäste da möglicherweise eingecremt ohne Handtuch draufsetzen oder die im Regen draußen lassen, können die Vermieter ja nichts. Ideal für 2 Personen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber in ein paar Schritten ist man auf der Strandstraße mit vielen Geschäften, Gastronomie etc., der Edeka ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und zum Bahnhof Kühlungsborn-Ost sind es auch nur wenige Meter.

Ruhige Wohnung in schöner Umbegung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum, am Strand oder im Park/Wald. Es gibt sogar einen externen Abstellraum für z.B. Fahrräder. Einzig der Parkplatz unter den Bäumen ist nicht so vorteilhaft (wg. Vogeldreck). Leider war der Staubsauger von den vorherigen Nutzern verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ist klein, aber fein. Der Küchenteil ist allerdings nur minimal ausgestattet. Mit etwas besserem Service würden wir aber gerne wiederkommen.
