This three bedroom home in the Overlook has the luxury feel you expect in an Eagles Nest home.
The gravel driveway has parking for 2-3 cars and just a few steps to enter. A large, granite island that doubles as the dining table seats seven comfortably. The appliances are all new and stainless steel KitchenAid; there is a Keurig to brew your favorite cup of coffee. This opens to the living room, with a gas fireplace with a digital timer on the wall for ease of use. One of the five 55" TVs is over the mantle with a comfy sofa in front.

On the main level is the half bath, laundry center, and the King ensuite. It features a Stearns and Foster mattress, ceiling fan, 55" TV, and views. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower and double granite vanity.

Upstairs are two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The tub/shower combo is tiled and it has it's own double granite vanity. The room to the right has a King sized memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, 55" TV, and views. The bunk room has two sets of twin over twin mattresses, a ceiling fan, and 55" TV.

From the living room, step outside to the partially covered deck. The covered living space has comfortable cushioned sectionals and chairs, coffee table, and the fifth 55" TV. Off of the deck is the beautiful fire pit with Adirondacks as well as a brand new Bullfrog Spas hot tub. Sit back and watch the colors of the sky, or wake up early for a stunning sunrise!

Great Long Weekend Getaway w Friends & Family
Stayed here with 4 Adults and 4 kids . Had a wonderful time! Kids loved sharing the bunk room. Very comfortable place for two familes. The drive up through the community is absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again. Only issue we had was it was very hard to initially locate the place as we arrived at night during an incredible storm. Recommend to arrive during daylight if at all possible.

Pest ran the kids out
We selected this place because it was new and it had a fantastic room for the kids. We went on a skiing vacation with friends. Our kids are best friends and were really looking forward to the room with bunk beds and their own game room. When we checked in, the kids were excited. We set up their games and they were happy. Before nightfall, a wasp was flying around in the room. Obviously, it ran them out. We inspected everywhere and couldn’t find a nest. That night, they attempted to sleep in there but heard buzzing in the walls. They had to sleep with the parents which was really uncomfortable and the parents had to sleep on the couch. We tried each night with the same results. We kept finding wasps. We also noticed there were very many wasps on a window sill up high (not reachable) that we could see from the stair case. During our stay, we reached out to Blue Ridge Realty and they blew it off and said this was the season for critters. They indicated they would let maintenance know and they could look for a nest. This was really disappointing in that the kids were frightened and terrorized. This would be nice three bedroom turned into a two bedroom, overcrowded space very quickly. I typically only post positive reviews, but had to post this one due to the experience of the stay and the response of the rental agency.
