Entire Unit is yours! Nicely appointed decor in a spacious Duplex cottage type home. Easy Walk about 2 1/2 Blocks from Wilton Dr. Home is nestled in a Very Quiet Area.
Main Bedroom (King Bed) and Guest Bedroom (Queen Bed).
All the amenities of home are here. Free WIFI...CENTRAL AC with thermostat that you control not us. Two Smart TV's, Large equipped Kitchen with Full size Refrigerator and eating area for 4. Office Desk area with outlets and USB ports throughout the home.
LARGE SUNDECK is mostly private fenced area with 2 chaise lounges and a 4 chair area grouped with a center table. BBQ Gas Grill and an OUTDOOR SHOWER for your convenience also FREE PARKING in front of your Unit with one more additional parking if needed.

No Pets Allowed- We get asked often if we can make an exception but we really can't our place is just not set up for pets and our housekeeper is allergic. Sorry

No Smoking Inside Unit

No Washer and dryer. We do have a clothes line in Yard to dry clothes if needed.

Perfect Stay at the Pink Door Guesthouse
We had a great three night stay this past week at the Pink Door Guest House. From the initial booking, on-going communication with the hosts, location and awesome accommodations it was a really more than a 5 star experience. The unit was super clean, nicely appointed and extremely comfortable for the two of us - and would be for up to four. The very private outside space was awesome as well, spacious with comfortable seating options. We mostly walked everywhere as the location, in a quiet neighborhood close to Wilton Drive's bars and restaurants, easily made that possible. Will definitely be booking again!

Cozy accommodations in Wilton Manors, FL
I spent a few nights here and absolutely loved the place. 2 bedrooms (we only used 1) is perfect for a small group to stay if they want to enjoy what the Manors has to offer. It's like having your own home. We didn't use the patio, but certainly a nice quiet place if you like the outdoors. The location is just the right distance from bars and restaurants. I plan to rebook here in the future.

Great place, great location
This place is beautiful. As pictured, the backyard is comfortable and quiet. The apt was just as nice. Close enough to the restaurants, bars and clubs on the Drive to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. Would stay here again.

Great visit. Great location. Great property.
Had a wonderful visit to Wilton Manors and stay at Jason and Robert’s property. The house was exactly as described. This is my first internet property rental so I skeptical and my skepticism has been eliminated. Property was ultra clean. AC was set perfectly before arrival so the property was cool, TV and lights on. Welcoming and inviting. The property was very close to everything we wanted to do. A walk a way to all the sites and eateries on Wilton Drive. The property is very quiet which is nice for a relaxing nights sleep. I never needed to contact the hosts because everything was perfect and when I checked out I messaged the hosts and they got right back to me. We will be back. I hope we were as good of guests as they where hosts.

Duplex property with separated yards and separate entries. You will have Entire Unit to yourself.Smart TV's and comfortable furnishings make this your home while you enjoy the numerous other amenities.

The private yard, with large sun deck and outdoor shower makes this a great place to enjoy and relax in the outdoors during your stay.

Appx. 2 blocks from Wilton Dr. at the corner of 9th Ave and NE 21st Dr. No car rental makes this the right choice to walk to the Wilton Dr. businesses.

What makes this property unique

Great place to stay if you don't want that big car rental expense. Walking distance to the Drive (Gay Neighborhood) is only a 2-3 blocks 0.2 according to location maps for most restaurants and bars including Hamburger Mary's. Comes with One Parking spot in front of your Unit with an additional guest/visitor parking on side of property. You will be located in a quiet area with very light traffic. The yard is landscaped in back for some privacy. Enjoy our sundeck with premium furniture . BBQ gas grill with a outdoor shower. You will find the home has what you will need and find many surprises through out. Two smartTV's for your use with preloaded apps. Living room one has an air antenna. Desk on the front porch and you will find manu USB charging connections throughout.
