Pedestal condo - 3BR & 2BA in TreeTops Resort.

3BR/2BA Pedestal-style (stand-alone) condo sitting atop a beautiful ridge in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg. This condo is part of the Gold Crown TreeTops Resort which offers 3 pools, hot tubs near pools, exercise room, activities center and much more. There is a master BR with king bed, a 2nd BR with a queen bed, and a loft BR with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for use, towels and linens are provided. There is a very nice outdoor grilling and eating area close to the condo. Must be at least 25-years-old to lease and have a valid credit card for check-in. The credit card number is held in the event of damage to the unit; otherwise, there are no charges placed on it since your unit must be paid for through VRBO. Check the reviews for TreeTops on tripadvisor. The resort also has a website for full resort details. 7 nights; Check-in July 19; check-out July 26. This is the only week available.

Perfection

Great place for a family vacation. Unit was clean and access to pools, hot tubs, and activities were an added bonus. Close to downtown but removed enough to be peaceful.

Affordable Condo right off the strip!

While hesitant at first of the location of the condo, the view was great! The condo was very spacious for 4 people. Very convenient to be not even 5 minutes away from the main walking strip of Gatlinburg, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Property manager was very nice to communicate with, and made sure everything was situated prior to arrival. Be mindful of the bears, though! We did see one a handful of times while staying, though never bother nor provoked, but that's a standard if you're staying in any forest like environment in Tennessee (lots of warning signs posted as well).
