Doral VRBO

The property was nice. I didn't like being charged a cleaning fee AND a maintenance fee. What's up with that? Why not combine the fee into one charge. Better yet, why not incorporate the charge into the daily room charge. I'm not a big fan of ticky-tacky additional charges. Another source of annoyance was when I asked the property manager for an additional tall kitchen trash can liner, she told me that I should pay for it by buying it at the Publix across the street. I only needed one and didn't see the point in having to buy a whole box. It's in the property owner's best interest to supply trash can liners just like they do toilet paper. I have a short term rental property, and there are essentials that I always include (and not just one of): trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, tea, creamer, sweeteners, laundry soap, fabric softener, salt and pepper. And I never charge extra for cleaning and maintenance - it's all included in the daily lodging price.
