Clean, budget-friendly, well-located 1BR condo

Clean unit for 2-3 ppl. Great location - across street from grocery store, 2 min walk in ski boots to bus stop (short bus ride to PC base). Easy communication with host. Great price point. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break in Park City

My college daughter and I enjoyed our skiing and stay at this condo in Mar '22. Clean, cozy and functional one-bedroom unit with futon sofa sleeper that she said was comfy. Great location minutes from PC resort parking, just need to arrive early enough before lifts open due to high demand.

Great Condo in Park City

We were very pleased with this property and the communication we received from Matthew. The condo was perfect for our ski vacation as it was only minutes away from Park City Resort and in close proximity to Main Street. The condo was very cozy, quiet, clean and had all the kitchen items we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated having a car port as well which was an added bonus.. We would highly recommend this property.

Quick ski trip

Unit is great for 3 adults or a small family. Hot tub /pool area is wonderful and only a couple minute walk away. Fresh Market, across the street, super convenient to get groceries. Bus stop out front along with some restaurants you can walk to. The host is quick to respond to messages!
