About the host

Hosted by Rasit

Host profile image
Hello, I'm Rasit, we will be happy to host you, our guests, in our cave houses, each of which we have designed with a different concept.

Why they chose this property

Before Deep Cave House became an guest house (June 2021), there were cave rooms.
We prepared, designed and implemented this concept with my wife, sister, mother and father. I am actually an art historian and interior designer.
But now we have a Yoga center on Cunda Island. We teach ashtanga and hatha yoga.
The caves here have been this way since my father's grandfather.
The history of the cave you are staying in is unknown (that is, it is very old) Of course, it has all gone through restoration and repair.
A formation from 60 million years ago.
There are also legends mentioned earlier.
You are now inside a fascinating 60-million-year-old cave. Some historians, art historians and archaeologists have dated it to 13.5 million years ago.
Deep Cave House is a huge, warm and friendly family.
We greet you with the strength of this warm family

What makes this property unique

Opposite the Cave House is the Constantine Eleni church. Be sure to walk around the town. As an open-air museum, you will see dozens of chapels and historical artifacts. I recommend you to see St. Nicholas Monastery, John the Baptist church, Gomeda valley and the churches inside. Also, while walking in the town, you will see the Madrasa and the old bridge in all their splendor.
