Located in the heart of Île Saint-François, less than a 5-minute walk from all the main attractions of Le Havre, this superb apartment is the ideal place for a family, professional, or friends' stay!

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it is composed as follows:

- A living room equipped with a Smart TV and a high-end convertible sofa;
- A fully equipped kitchen-dining room (oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook up a storm on rainy days!);
- 2 bedrooms equipped with high-quality bedding (queen size 160x200cm and 140x200cm). For your nights, we will have prepared your beds and provide extra duvets and pillows;
- A contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower (including a hairdryer and all towels and bath sheets).
- A crib can be provided (upon request only). Literature enthusiasts can enjoy the numerous books available in the apartment.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Le Havre while being in a quiet area and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Complimentary amenities: Bed and bath linens, WiFi, tea and coffee (for your check-in), iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

We accept your animal companions (dogs and cats) under the following conditions:
- Maximum weight of 10kg
- Corresponding documentation of the animal is required (veterinary card)
- Supplement of 10 euros per animal/night
- Always upon prior request.
In case of damage or additional cleaning, fees will be applied.

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.


## Access

When staying at "La Porte Océane," you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

Parking around the accommodation is paid from 9 am to 12 pm, then from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also convenient ways to explore the city.
Nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15min extra. 7-day package: €23.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Le Havre: Île Saint-François. You can enjoy the friendliness of its residents, its fishing port, numerous restaurants, Art and History museums, and many pre-war remains integrated into a reconstructed architecture that sets it apart from the rest of the city.

Located in the historic center, you can easily walk to all the points of interest in the city.


## Notes

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: The physical check-in will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and informing your host in case of delays. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded, if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, an additional charge of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
