The advantage of this accommodation is its beautiful terrace facing south with sea view but without regarding.

Apartment 3 rooms of 38m² for 6 people:

• LIVING ROOM: Bright living area with access to the terrace with dining area, 140x190 sofa bed + flat screen TV + AC
• FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Induction hob, coffee machine, American fridge, freezer and microwave.
• BEDROOM 1: Standard double bed 140x190 with access to the terrace, dressing room and TV
• BEDROOM 2: Bunk bed (90x190)
• BATHROOM: Shower, vanity with sink, washing machine and dryer
• Separate WC

• EXTERIOR:
Covered terrace of 8m² with sea view.
The residence has two swimming pools, one adult and one for children with water slides (closed in winter). Access to the pool is through a bracelet, the loss of this bracelet will be charged 50€ (purchase price).

Séjour à Cannes la bocca

Un très bon séjour, appartement très bien, propre, lumineux, spacieux, avec terrasse vu sur la mer, et piscine. Rien à redire. À côté de tous commerces et gares pratique pour visiter les villes environnantes. Un grand merci à Julie pour son accueil et disponibilité.
