This house located on the lake, will be perfect for 1 or 2 families.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be brought together to make a bed of 180 cm.
Large living room with an open kitchen, overlooking the terrace overlooking the lake. The sanitary facilities consist of 2 bathrooms with shower cabin and 1 separate toilet.
On the garden side, a gas plancha and a beautiful garden, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays. You have access to the lake and a private pontoon.
You can park the car inside the grounds.
A campsite at the end of the road, 10 minutes walk offers small shops (supermarket, bakery)
The ocean and its shops are accessible by car or bike (bike paths in the pine forest) 10 km, golf, casino and tennis 7 km, a nautical club 2 km.
