Experience the serenity of nature with an unparalleled view of the city, short walking distance to some of Chattanooga's finest restaurants, the aquarium, museum and nature trails. This is a unique sanctuary occupying the first floor of an industrial chic modern home decorated with original art and contemporary furniture. A private stone path leads around the back of the house where you will find a hidden birders' paradise.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

Sun-filled space with wonderful yard and patio; close to lots of great stuff!

With the outdoor space (fenced, wonderful for our dog) and large windowed garage door, we felt like we were always in nature and loved it! Another unit has access to the backyard, but it never presented an issue. Can't overstate how much we enjoyed coffee each morning out on the comfortable patio watching the birds (bring binoculars!). Though at the top of a tall hill, it was so easy to walk to the bars and restaurants on either side of the river (though it'd be a sweaty walk back up the hill in summer). Not much extra space or closet space, but everything else was great and we'd love to stay here again!

Easter at Chatt-Pad

It was our 2nd Easter here at the Chatt Pad. We had an excellent stay. We loved using the garage door to open up the space. The yard was BEAUTIFUL!

Nice place but NO comfortable seats in the place

This was a nice and clean place at a good location. The view out the window was very nice. But there are NO comfortable seats in this place except for outside. The sofa was extremely short with a very short coffee table. The chairs around the tall kitchen table were very high and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We are 5'9" and the chairs were still difficult to get in and out of. If you sat in them very long, the metal would start hurting your leg. It is a shame to say that the only seat of normal height in this place was the commode, which was higher than normal commodes are.

Beware of property owners that dont return phone calls or text. She misrepresented the night view(obstructed), i also believed i was getting an upstairs unit woth plenty of windows, but thats her living space. She also had a contractor painting the exterior, of which she apologized and said, "I didn't know they would be here. " Who (??)hired them, she lives on site. I did not have peaceful enjoyment of the outdoors with 3 male mexicans walking around speaking in a language i dont understand. Very uncomfortable. I had to insist on my truck being covered to prevent paint overspray. Then they didnt even remove all the blue painters tape. The interior was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and well stock kitchen. She knew i was coming and the unit was 85 degrees when i got there, 78 would have been nice. My dog enjoyed the yard.
