Avenue Victor Hugo, located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, is one of the most prestigious and elegant thoroughfares in the capital. Lined with majestic Haussmann buildings, this iconic avenue offers a harmonious blend of upscale residential residences, luxury boutiques, fine restaurants and magnificent green spaces. A few steps away is Avenue Foch, one of the widest avenues in Paris, lined with trees and famous for its prestigious buildings and embassies. A short walk or metro ride away is the Trocadéro, offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, one of Paris' most iconic symbols. To the west of our avenue is the vast Bois de Boulogne, a lush urban park offering plenty of opportunities for walks, jogging and outdoor relaxation.
