It is situated at the beginning of the 46th Street lagoon bay front area of Sea Isle City with Easy walk to Fish Alley with its many seafood restaurants, very close to the excellent County Library and a short walk to beautiful Sea Isle beach and Promenade. The interior steps to this 2nd floor unit are located on Park Avenue. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed /TV and the other features twin single beds/sleeps Maximum of 4 people. There is a dock on the bay which allows access for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding , or what ever your bay sport is. The side yard is for tenants use as well as the roof top deck with Bay views.
