This newly renovated second-floor condo in a quiet family house offers a safe and well-equipped place to explore and experience everything the Historic District of Provincetown has to offer! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of winding lanes, it's just a five minute walk to West End shopping and entertainment. With two comfortable bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, this retreat is perfect for a friends' getaway, a family escapade, or even a couples retreat. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, stove, toaster oven, and more! There is a convenient four-person table right off the kitchen, a deck for evening drinks with lovely garden and treetop views and a glimpse of the harbor & Pilgrim Monument, and a cozy living room to unwind after a day at the beach or strolling Commercial Street.

Beautiful place close to everything

Comfortable beds, nice shower, extremely well-equipped kitchen, quiet, very fast heating system, nice to have lots of cross ventilation through screened windows that open, sweet little far off sea views

Perfect

We’re 75 and 69 years old. Top floor no bother at all. Location, comfort, cleanliness, all top notch. Beautifully set up- didn’t need a thing. Peaceful location for our late September getaway. A truly great find.

Great PTown Stay

We really loved our stay here in PTown and plan to rent again in the future! The place is really incredible and the location is perfect for grabbing food at Liz's or Victor's, or getting to Commercial Street or the West End. Thanks for a great week in PTown!
