About this property

Attention: You can also rent the bunk for two people in the beach nest (for example for the grandparents) Pictures and description see below.
Holiday house: Sky Bundesliga, free sauna, free WiFi, only 2 minutes to the bakery, bike rental, playground, the bus takes you there for free and many great restaurants. For example, the dining room almost opposite the island and the Cöm.
Our beautiful beach nest is now finished and we are really proud that it has become so beautiful ;-)) the Appelsnuut five stars under thatch in the village is of course also a dream :-)) Property number 2201803
At the beginning of 2017 there is fresh paint on the walls again, we have a new sofa, the blankets and pillows are new again. Our guests are welcome to know that our beach nest was booked with over 300 days in 2016, but they shouldn't notice that. In between there are inconspicuous brownies at work, who check with a watchful eye whether everything is as it was on the first day.

The beach nest can accommodate six adults and two children. Of course, 8 adults can also take a seat at the dining table. But you have to know that (see photo) there is not so much space on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms with double beds / box spring beds (very high quality, breathable mattresses) and a bedroom with 2 single beds and the fourth room with two totally cute alcoves. In which adults can also sleep. If you have the wish, we would be happy to provide the fairy dream for little girls or the beds for boys. So that the children can feel really comfortable right away.
White, handleless, ultra-modern branded kitchen that convinces with high-quality appliances and their equipment. Next to it is the light-flooded living and dining area with a fine leather sofa and a fireplace. Noble vintage flooring.

So, and again to the bunk: This sweet, small apartment with a sweet terrace and beach chair, modern kitchen, small shower room, comfortable and easy-to-use sofa bed on which you can sleep well (only pulling on the tab does not clear the pillows ) Have breakfast on the terrace and then start the day. See pictures below. If you have any questions, I look forward to your call. Depending on the season, from € 25 per night plus final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along or can be rented for € 15 per person.

Sehr schön - nur etwas klein

Ds Haus ist sehr schön, alles super sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer & Badezimmer sind schön & ausreichend groß. Der Wohn-/Essbereich inkl. der anliegenden Küche ist jedoch etwas klein und wird ab einer Gruppe von 5 Personen etwas eng. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

Schön, aber hält nicht, was es verspricht!

Die Wohnung ist für Familien gut aufgeteilt, wenn auch die Treppen für Kinder sehr steil und nicht gesichert sind. Insgesamt war das Objekt und die Bettwäsche nur mäßig gesäubert, wurde auf Nachfrage aber nachgereinigt. Der Garten war gänzlich ungepflegt. Die (zu) vielen Dekorationsgegenstände sind Staubfänger, die Türen, Geländer waren allesamt sehr klebrig und schon mit reichlich Abnutzungsspuren versehen. Die Küchenausstattung beesteht aus zusammengesammelten Gegenständen. Gänzlich ungeeignet und störend hat sich die Einliegerwohung herausgestellt. Wir haben nach 3 schlaflosen Nächten den Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen, weil die Untermieter in der Nacht stundenlang und äußerst aggressiv gestritten haben. Unsere Kinder hatten große Angst! Das Objekt liegt nur rund 20 Meter von der Ortseinfallstraße gelegen, was uns in Bezug auf Geräuschpegel und Sicherheit der Kinder im Vorfeld nicht bewusst war. Nett war eine Flasche Cremant zur Begrüßung...wir werden dennoch nicht wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung passen hier nicht zusammen, insbeondere nicht, wenn gefühlt noch fremde (streitende) Leute im Wohnzimmer stehen.
