Bus stop 50 metres awayMazot available at extra costThe accommodationThis family chalet has 3 floors.The two upper floors have just been completely renovated and modernised.The first floor currently has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with private bath, two bedrooms with views of the Combins, and a bathroom.The living room and kitchen have also been renovated and are on the ground floor.The fully-equipped kitchen, with two ovens (one steam) and a central island, opens onto the dining room, which in turn opens onto the lounge area.A large, sunny terrace surrounds the first floor and provides a wonderful space for dining, with breathtaking views of the majestic Combins glaciers.The lower floor has a bathroom and WC, as well as a TV lounge leading to 4 bedrooms, two of which have private bath/shower rooms.A ski room with storage space for skis and boots and a separate entrance means you can prepare comfortably for a great day on the slopes.There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.A large tree-protected garden surrounds the chalet.Traveller accessThe chalet is easily accessible by car and has 5 private parking spaces directly outside the chalet door.A bus stop is 50 metres away. A free bus serving the whole village and the resort's gondola departures passes by every 15 minutes.The village centre is a 15-minute walk away.Ski-in/Ski-out, it is possible to leave and arrive directly at the ski chalet.Other commentsOn the ground floor, the chalet comprises a dining room with a large extendable table. A fitted kitchen with a central island and bar opening onto the lounge-dining area. A lounge area with several sofas.The first floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a shower room. Two of the bedrooms have a work area.The lower ground floor has 4 bedrooms.One bedroom with 2 bunk beds.One bedroom with two beds.One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.A television area with sofa bed (not included in the number of beds).A separate entrance with storage for skis and boots.A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.The chalet sleeps 14 people in 8 bedrooms (two beds per room).The Mazot, opposite the chalet, can be rented on request. Refurbished in 2021, it sleeps 4 (2 on a mezzanine and 2 on a sofa bed). It is comfortable and heated, but has no running water or sanitary facilities.The chalet has excellent wifi coverage.This chalet is ideal for one or more families. You'll find all the comforts you need.
