A little outdated....

We stayed a very short period of time - checked in Friday night, checked out Monday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with any question we had. The room itself is a little outdated and need some attention. The doors on the cupboard were falling off in the kitchen, the sink in the bathroom did not drain - we primarily used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and we were unable to use the wifi, making it very hard to make phone calls. For the short amount of time we were there, we looked past these shortfalls. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would book again but maybe directly with resort instead of through a discounted, 3rd party (VRBO).

Overall, the facility was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our major concern was the front desk had no record of our reservation. A friend staying at the same condo complex had to go to great lengths to sort out our reservation. Thankfully she had it sorted out when we arrived. Can you imagine the frustration of travelling for hours and arriving and there is no record of your reservation.
