Nice to meet you! We are Brad and Evania. We moved to San Diego's North County shortly before getting married in 2012. We purchased the home and property in 2011 and turned it into the Tuscan Villa you see today! The hilltop views overlooking a vineyard and a valley of Hass Avocado groves are nothing short of amazing. This area is often referred to as the Tuscany of San Diego. We are located 2 minutes from the Zoo Safari Park, nearby Eaglecrest Golf Course, the San Pasqual Wine Trail, and we live in a neighboring home right up the hill and are available if you need anything at all!
Why they chose this property
It is taking a trip to the mountains of Italy, without having to leave San Diego. The landscape and views are unmatched. One of the last remaining Valley's full of working Hass Avocado groves. We typically harvest between February and June each year. Come pick your own!
What makes this property unique
Walk through 100 years of Avocado growing history in this property, or just sit in a big comfy chair looking out across the Valley Views. We have all sorts of wildlife - from Deer, to Coyotes, Rabbits, Bobcats, Red Tail Hawks. Guests are welcome to walk the grounds and enjoy any of the 4 beautiful decks.
