Cosy apartment with garden and parking, close to Paris

Les Merisiers, named in honor of the two cherry trees in the garden, offers a calm, green stay close to all amenities, as well as the Génopole and Evry University.

The property is organized to separate living and sleeping areas. Each of the two bedrooms overlooks the garden, but the privacy films ensure the occupants' peace and quiet. With 2 double beds and a convertible sofa, the property can accommodate up to 6 people. A cot is also provided, allowing you to travel with your baby.
The bathroom has two basins, a bathtub and plenty of storage space.
The living room features an angled convertible sofa, perfect for quiet evenings in front of a movie. Enjoy Netflix for relaxing evenings, or simply keep the kids occupied while you unwind on the veranda!
In the veranda, you'll find plenty to relax on rainy days, with an outdoor sofa perfect for listening to the rain fall with a cup of tea and a book.
You can enjoy the garden late into the night, thanks to the outdoor lights all around.

The facilities
Sports enthusiasts can work out in the Coquibus park, or on the elliptical bike provided in the apartment.
Technophiles can stay connected thanks to a fiber-optic internet connection, and enjoy Netflix series and films, also provided on a 55-inch TV.
Two workspaces are provided in the apartment, a seated desk in one bedroom, and a standing or seated desk in the living room, to accommodate telecommuting couples.
A washing machine and drying rack are provided, as well as washing powder. You'll also find a dishwasher and ironing equipment.
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook all your favorite dishes, with hotplates and microwaves, as well as pots and pans. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available.

Other comments
Arrival is autonomous during the opening hours of the doctor's surgery on the ground floor of the residence (8:30am-12:30pm then 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm on Saturdays), and almost autonomous outside these hours thanks to the intercom. Departure is autonomous.
On arrival, you'll receive a welcome kit including toiletries, cookies, coffee and tea.

Bed linen and towels are of course provided free of charge.

Parties are not accepted, as is smoking in the apartment and veranda. The apartment is equipped with a device that detects high noise levels, crowds and cigarette smoke to ensure the peace and quiet of other residents in the building.
