The comfortable apartment includes :
- six bedrooms with one double bed and eleven single beds;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its calm and its view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix .

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located 200 m from the Les Houches-Chamonix ski area.
It's open in both winter and summer. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities!

You'll find a "Carrefour Contact" supermarket just a 5-minute walk away for your everyday needs.

There are also restaurants and shuttles close to the building.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
