I loved my stay at this charming property in Noord. It was clean, furnished adorably, and in a mostly quiet and entirely safe neighborhood. I walked to and from Palm Beach daily, it took about 20minutes. It is in a local residential neighborhood so if you like the get a locals experience this would be a great choice for you. On the route to the beach there was a local who sells fresh caught fish to the neighborhood. So cheap, so good. The property manager Antonnette was very attentive to all of my questions and even came to replace a defective kettle in the same afternoon so that I could make coffee. The neighborhood also has a handful of adorable kittens and dogs which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’d recommend this place to someone who’s price conscious, self sufficient, and loves to catch a neighborhood vibe. Oh, and there’s a delicious Cafe (Cafe 080) around the corner which was almost entirely locals. Enjoy your stay!
The only thing I noticed which might bother some folks is a neighbor who loves driving a loud car around. It didn’t bother me much since it stopped after about 10pm in the evening and was hard to hear it in the bedroom anyway. Generally the neighbors were all lovely. All in all a great place to stay.
