Ideally nestled in the Riou de l'Illette residence, just 5 minutes walk from the seaside, not far from the majestic Mandelieu-la-Napoule castle, the train station and a variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an experience unforgettable vacation. With its parking space, its swimming pool and its pétanque court, all the conditions are met for a most pleasant stay.
The apartment has a comfortable living room with a separate sleeping area, as well as a convertible sofa to accommodate two additional people, a fully equipped open kitchen and a shower room with WC. The living room opens onto a magnificent terrace offering breathtaking views of the garden and the Esterel hills with their vibrant red stones, the ideal place for memorable summer evenings with friends or family.
Amenities include wifi and air conditioning. Upon your arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel minis as well as a cleaning kit for the kitchen (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, detergent, tablet for dishwasher and washing machine).

All areas of this apartment are reserved for travelers, and we ask you to take care of the premises during your stay. We prepare each accommodation with the greatest care so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. We therefore ask you to scrupulously respect the following rules:
• Use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the people mentioned in the reservation. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or billing for additional travelers.

In addition, the proximity of the Mandelieu-la-Napoule castle adds a touch of history and culture to this picturesque neighborhood. With its welcoming restaurants, local shops and amenities within easy reach, the area is a great place to live, harmoniously combining the calm of the countryside with the pleasures of coastal living.

A kindergarten is also a 2-minute walk away.

The apartment is of good standard, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
