Tolle Lage und Quartier

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für uns mit Hund optimal. Kurze Wege zu den Parks, und aber auch zum Strand waren primärer Grund für die Auswahl der Ferienwohnung, aber auch die Lage zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ein weiterer Grund. Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, sei es die Lage mit der Aussicht oder die Ausstattung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön mit nahezu Rundumsicht auf die Ostsee. Da die Wohnung ganz oben liegt, ist die Aussicht vom großen Balkon wirklich schön. Schade finde ich nur, dass es keine Liegestühle gibt, nur "normale" Stühle - Platz wäre genug da. Natürlich merkt man den Wind stärker, das hat aber auch Vorteile, man kann z.B. sehr gut durchlüften, was bei den vielen großen Fenstern in der warmen Jahreszeit sehr gut ist. Die Betten und die Einrichtung sind gut und absolut ausreichend. Was mir weniger gefallen hat: alles (bis auf die Matratzen) wirkt eher abgewohnt, alle Möbel sind abgestoßen, die Vorhänge weisen extreme Flecken auf, Fernbedienung (wir hatten Fußball-WM) und eine Bettlampe waren kaputt, die Abdeckungen anderer Lampen lagen auf der Dusche, auf dem Balkon in einer Ecke standen kaputte Möbel, Spielzeug und angeknabberte Kekse von Vormietern lagen unter bzw. hinter einem Sideboard, eine Schublade lies sich nicht öffnen, weil die Griffe kaputt waren. Alles keine "großen Dinge", aber es fällt schon auf. Zudem verdunkeln die Vorhänge ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer nicht besonders, es ist also nachts recht hell. Wir hatten auch noch Pech, am Anfang gab es eine Verstopfung im Bad, die ganze "Suppe" überflutete das untere Bad. Die - sehr nette - Betreuerin der Wohnung spricht dafür noch zu wenig Deutsch, sodass hier mit dem Vermieter direkt Kontakt aufgenommen wurde. Dieser kümmerte sich sofort, sodass der Schaden nach einigen Stunden behoben wurde. Das klappte prima, aber offensichtlich ist es selbstverständlich, dass ich mich als Gast um alles kümmere, Handwerker in die Wohnung lasse, stundenlang nicht das WC nutzen kann und die Reparatur beaufsichtige. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein kleines Dankeschön dafür gab es nicht, auch eine Reinigung des überfluteten Bades gab es erst nach Aufforderung. Insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub in einer klasse Wohnung, wenn man nicht sehr penibel ist. Für die Baustelle vor dem Haus kann nun niemand etwas, wir wurden darüber vorab informiert. Nach unserer Abreise dürfte es auch besser sein, der direkte Zuweg zum Parkplatz ist jetzt wieder offen.

Sehr schöne, helle Fetienwohnung mit Ostseeblick und allem Komfort

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ostseeblick. Hell und freundlich, nah am Strand. Alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Gerne wieder

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Panoramablick

Wir haben uns in der komplett eingerichteten großen Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Panoramablick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die "Ferienresidenz auf zwei Ebenen" liegt in Kühlungsborn West sehr günstig in Strandnähe und zu den Einkehr- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Weshalb dann nur 4 Sterne anstatt der 5 möglichen? Die über 2 Fronten verlaufenden Fenster des Wohnraums gewähren zwar einen schönen Ausblick bis zur Ostsee, andererseits begünstigen sie, dass sich der Wohnraum durch die Sonneneinstrahlung stark aufheizen kann. Das könnte in den Sommermonaten unangenehm werden. Ein wirksamerer Sonnenschutz als die Vorhänge wäre daher wünschenswert.
