About this property

Although it’s an apartment it has the feel of a home. The area is quiet and the landscape/view is fantastic. Gorgeous sunsets! Great place to unwind. Perfect for Short Term Stays!
Our place is close to Intersection of I-40 & I-49
Minutes away from Fort Smith and within an hour of Fayetteville. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the view, quiet neighborhood. Very cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Other things to note
We are adjacent to 2 golf courses with one being Eagle Crest which is on the Natural State Golf Trails. Alma is home to A to Z which has several stores in one area from Gifts and more, furniture, sporting goods, fashions and tools. The Arkansas Missouri Excursion Train is just 10 minutes away. Our area has many hiking trails along with waterfalls and you can canoe the Mulberry River. You can stroll down Historic Van Buren and Fort Smith and visit the Hanging Judge Parkers Courthouse. You can also Step Back into the 1920's & Tour the Ozarks on the Scenic Excursion Train in Van Buren. We are also close to wine country. There are 4 winery's within minutes. Our area has something for everyone.
We also have a Dollar Store 1 mile away for your convenience as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Harps in Alma.

Your welcome to walk around the property to enjoy the outdoors. We have 2 ponds for fishing if you like.

Even better than the pictures and description

The location is outstanding. The luxury condo is located on top of a vista. The view overlooking the valley is beautiful. Everything inside is top-notch. Loved that it had two bathrooms for the two bedrooms. We will come back for another visit!

Nice big apartment, super clean and quiet

It was just my wife and I, the apartment was as advertised in every way, In some ways better. It was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. We even cooked steaks out on the grill. The view was amazing. The one picture of the sunset does not do the view from this place justice. You can see the entire river valley, basically, from the front of the apartment. We didn’t interact with the host very much, but there was no need to. Instructions were clear for check-in and check out. We will keep this place in mind if we ever have to stay in the area again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Comfortable accommodations.

We were attending my granddaughters wedding. This was the perfect place for us. Neat, clean, modern and nicely decorated. We lost our key and Brenda went above and beyond. We called her late after the wedding and she was there within minutes to let us in. We would highly recommend this place.
