The apartment is located together with two other apartments in a house, on an enclosed property. The bathing beach is only 100 m away.

The apartment is lovingly furnished with completely designed natural wooden furniture.
A small hallway leads to the living room and bedroom. Here is a large wardrobe, a double bed, the TV, a CD radio, the dining table with 2 chairs and two cocktail chairs. In the small fitted kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner hob and a sink. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet.
In the garden you can use the brick grill and also place the terrace furniture in the garden itself.
You are welcome to bring bicycles and store them in the shed. a parking space is available at the house.

Godern lies in the middle of the typical Schwerin lake landscape with its nature reserves, forests, meadows and bogs. In the lakes on your doorstep you can swim, fish, dive, sail and surf or start a canoe tour. Passenger shipping and boat tourism offer you interesting and sociable excursions. Many idyllic hiking trails invite you to go cycling, hiking and riding. Nearby is the golf resort WINSTONgolf. You will be well catered for everywhere. There is a shop 2 kilometers away. The state capital can be reached after 10 km. In addition to the opportunity to stroll and shop extensively in the shopping centers and the small, playful shops and markets of the old town, it offers much more.
Visit the fairytale castle on an island in Lake Schwerin or the open-air museum Schwerin-Mueß, with its thatched half-timbered houses. The city's historic churches and houses are also noteworthy. Or look forward to an opera from the Schwerin Palace Festival in the Mecklenburg State Theater.
