The entryway has hooks, a bench, and cubbies for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. A mudroom is just off the garage entrance. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, an open concept with several windows allowing lots of natural light, and a flat-screen TV. Relax after a long day enjoying the beautiful outdoors on the main balcony with its comfortable furniture and grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The main level guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first guest bedroom, just off the living area, features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom is on the entryway level and features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, a private fireplace, and a flat screen TV. This luxurious master suite also has two huge walk-in closets and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops, an oversized soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with tile surround.

On the lower level are 2 more guest bedrooms and the second master suite. The spacious second master suite features a king-sized bed, workspace, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination.The second guest bedroom features a queen-over-twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The lower level guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. The third guest bedroom is can be used as a lower level living room. It features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a mini kitchen with granite countertops, stove top, mini fridge, dishwasher, and sink. The private laundry is also located on this level.
