We are still open and operating, but at the same time we are taking extra precautions for our guests while we host by disinfecting all surfaces, light switches, knobs and more. We are working every day to keep everyone safe while in our home.

The Space:
This is a newly built project with you, our guest, in mind. This beautiful farmhouse style single story apartment is perfect for the traveling family that is looking for a spacious, and inexpensive, and safe place to stay while in Amarillo.

We are located in the heart of Amarillo and conveniently located off I-40 and I-27. This home has two large bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, and a dining bar for enjoying sit down dinners with your family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you might need to prepare fresh meals. Besides dishes, there is a stove, refrigerator, Keurig, Keurig cups, bottled water, and other miscellaneous goodies. The bathroom has all the necessary linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also leave out small toiletry items that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip. The living area and the bedrooms have a large television with access to Netflix. We also provide free blazing fast Wi-Fi

**We donate a portion of our proceeds to the Wolflin Community Garden. This is a non-profit project that we as your host teamed up with the local community to create an amazing gift to give back to our neighborhood. You are more than welcome to come to the garden and enjoy!!

**We also just finished creating a scavenger hunt that features Palo Duro Canyon, Trivia questions, and some of the best places in Amarillo to see and it is all for free for our guests! Ask for details.

**Upon approval we can accommodate a late check-out or an early check-in for no additional charge.

Guest Access:
You will have your own private entrance to the house with keypad lock. We offer a fully self check-in process for this house. You can check in anytime after 4:00. You will be able to park in our free private driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This is by far the most convenient Airbnb in Amarillo to get to if you are traveling.

Getting Around:
Since we are centrally located in Amarillo you can get to downtown in two minutes or you can get on I-27 and head to Palo Duro Canyon in no time.

Poor communication and safety concern

Was threatened by a homeless man passing by that he would kick down the door and have a gun. Messaged host various times with safety concerns. No response from host. Did not feel safe. Didn’t stay my whole stay there after being threatened.

Great place

Overall this was a pretty good spot. The interior was decorated nicely. A little noisy being by the road but not too bad. Very affordable place and comfortable / new feeling. would come back again for sure.

Disappointing unit

Linens were nasty, polyester, thin coverlets stained. Stain on couch. Nowhere to put luggage, no rack or bench. Decor very depressing indeed. Dark, poor or no lighting. Could not access property manager all day, name and number on my paperwork seemed to not exist. No way to speak to a manager. No internet codes. Finally got a text in the evening from a mysterious person with internet code and name and phone number of a manager. Only plus is there is plenty of space for a family or two roommates.

Clean and Convenient

This was our third time staying at this property. It's clean and recently updated. Its very spacious. We love the easy access to I-40. We will return again.
