About this property

Only our second season on the rental market, 51 Grande Pointe Drive is a spacious and airy Florida style house with decks on all four floors that each feature bed swings and comfortable seating to rest while enjoying the ocean breeze. All four levels are serviced by elevator for easy access. All five bedrooms are ROOMY and three feature direct deck access. There are five full baths, three of which are en suite.
Tall ceilings, oversized doors, and open floor plan contribute to the spacious feel.
A luxurious neighborhood pool is just a few steps from our door. Also accessible by car or bike, the beach access is a pleasant 15 minute walk, where the powdery white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico await you.
Immediately adjacent to our property is Camp Helen State Park, an unspoiled piece of coastal forest awaiting your exploration. A very short walk away is beautiful Lake Powell, one of the largest tidal pool lakes on the coast, popular for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more.
Conveniently located near the popular 30A strip, home to upscale shopping and unique cafes, yet within a relaxed residential neighborhood, our house is only 7 miles from the high energy Pier Park, a great shopping/dining/entertainment venue in Panama City Beach.
Whether it's shopping, dining, sightseeing, catching some sun at the beach, biking, lounging at the pool, or enjoying a variety of water sports on the lake, you will find no shortage of fun-filled activities to enjoy in beautiful Inlet Beach!

Relaxing Stay

We loved our stay! It was a very clean home with lots of extra touches that went above and beyond. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. We loved the porch swings. The beds sleep comfortably. We were super close to the pool and just a short drive to the beach. We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful with nature all around. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Home away from home

This property was just as listed. The property was clean and inviting. We loved the decor and the location of the property. The 4 levels gave everyone some privacy and the elevator assisted with assisted my parents with mobility issues in getting around. My family and I did not want to leave and look forward to staying again. Great location and hosts checked in frequently.

Family wedding trip

I would highly recommend this property! We came to the beach to celebrate our nieces wedding and the house was perfect. It was extremely clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and very enjoyable! Chip and Karen were also very accommodating and easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!!

This beach house has it all! You will find all the room your family needs to gather together without being crowded. Just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in America, even a shorter walk to our large and luxurious community pool. Then there's the natural beauty of Lake Powell, one of the largest tidal pool lakes on the coast, where you can enjoy a number of water activities. Grande Pointe is bordered by the pristine Camp Helen State Park awaiting your exploration. The up and coming Inlet Beach area features several laid back casual restaurants and cafes. inlet Beach is adjacent to the very popular 30A district, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or bike ride along quaint, high end beach shops and restaurants. Not too far away, there's Pier Park, which includes shopping and dining, as well as amusement park rides. You will enjoy people-watching as you dine outdoors on the sidewalk.
Inlet Beach has just the right mix of amenities, without the crowds of Panama City Beach and Destin.
